Crowdroom is a dynamic Tech Startup passionate about unique experiences and bringing people together to meet, explore, create, exchange and celebrate. Developed and Designed in 2019 by the creative minds at The Giant Organization, Crowdroom offers a unique platform(Marketplace) for Event Space Rental & Activity Ticketing/booking. Our Platform makes it easier than ever to find and book Creative experiences (whether camping trips, event tickets, group tours or even shows) & Unique Spaces (whether Rooftops, Dance Studio, Meeting Rooms, or even a Theater) for any type of activity.
Apart from finding and booking Spaces for your activities, Crowdroom allows you to "Add Your Own" and gives you a comprehensive & intuitive dashboard to manage your bookings and income on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Our platform supports all major currencies and languages allowing you to manage your crowd, where ever you are. You may add your own Space to share and earn from becoming a Space Host, Publish Your Event and accept online registrations or Organize a local experience (group tour /trip), lead people with similar interests as you and get paid whilst doing what you love.

Crowdroom Fees Explained
Platform Service Fees
Crowdroom charges guests/users a platform service fee $ 0.8 cents (“Platform Fee”). This helps us cover the costs of running our Platform, including providing Email and direct SMS Notifications regarding your bookings as well as completing and processing your transaction and providing 24/7 support for your bookings and all services added.
Listee Fees (Commisions From Profit)
We charge Listees (Host Partners & Vendors) a commission (“Listee Fee”), which is retained by Crowdroom from their’s payout. The Listee Fee is typically, 3% of the listee's profit. This fee will be deducted from the listee's total profit once he/she requests for a payout.
Once a Listee logs a payout request, Crowdroom will normally initiate the payout within 1 to 3 days after a Booking is completed. To keep things fair, We may withhold a payout if a dispute is initiated between a User/Guest and a Listee (Host Partner or Vendor), or as otherwise permitted by the Services Agreement. Timing of a payout may also be modified where the Booking is updated, rescheduled, or cancelled.
